Profile

The Polish Club

The Acoustic Music Club provides concerts every Thursday night in the Polish Club. We also have a partnership with Rothes Halls which involves running  The Acoustic Music Club presents... and the Lang Spoon Festival (see below).  The club encourages interest in Scottish Traditional and World music. We also actively encourage links with other countries and have hosted bands from USA, England, Germany among others. We encourage involvement in playing instruments and in song and regularly host "Open Mic" nights for our club members and visitors.

The Acoustic Music Club presents... is a series of monthly concerts held in Hall B of the Rothes Halls, giving us an opportunity to present higher-profile performers from home and abroad in a larger, but still intimate, cabaret-style setting.  Recent guests have included The Willy Clay Band, The Emily Smith Band, Mike and Ali Vass and the Master Musicians from the Crooked Road.
