Purpose of consultation

Thank you for agreeing to help us by reading and commenting on the leaflet. Although the contents of the leaflet may not apply to you, we would appreciate your feedback on the information it contains.

This leaflet has been created for customers who wish to make a comment or complaint to Fife Council - it will be available in Council offices and an online version will be on FifeDirect. The leaflet gives some basic information on what will happen when you make a comment or complaint and includes a form on which the comment or complaint can be made.

Please note that in the finished version of the leaflet the information on the back page about alternative formats will be in the relevant languages.

The finished version of the leaflet will be A5 (14.5cm wide x 21cm long)
