Within the limits of the resources available to us, Fife Council Lifelong Learning Service will provide: 

  • comprehensive learning programmes, incorporating opportunities to meet the needs of adults for enjoyment, fitness, intellectual stimulation, companionship, qualifications and employability.
  • a second chance for those who, for whatever reason, have not achieved their full potential at school.
  • support and guidance for progression relevant to individual needs and aspirations.
